Skip A Payment Program

Looking for extra cash when your budget is a little tight? This member benefit will allow you to “skip” your next monthly payment on an eligible America’s First Network Credit Union loan. For more information please contact your local branch, or click on the APPLY NOW button.

DISCLAIMER: Processing fee per loan for each skip is $49. Can not skip two consecutive months. No more than two skip payments per loan in a calendar year. New loans (under 3 payments made) are not eligible. Must be a member in good standing with all loans current to participate in the America’s First Network Credit Union Skip-A-Payment Program. FLEX Loans may have a 45-day waiting period requirement. America’s First Network Credit Union reserves the right to deny this benefit to any member at their discretion. Finance charges will continue to accrue on a daily basis at the Annual Percentage Rate, both during and after the deferral period. This deferral of scheduled payments will result in having to pay higher total finance charges and possibly a higher total number of payments, than if payments were made as originally scheduled. Provisions of original loan agreement remain in full force and effect. Payments will resume beginning with the payment due during the month(s) following the deferral and will make all scheduled payments due thereafter. All payments will be applied first to late charges (if any), then finance charges, then to principal. The next monthly payment will include the finance charges from the skipped month. If there is GAP coverage on a vehicle loan, the skipped payment(s) on that loan may affect the benefit amount.
